Our Founder

As a proud Black mother of four, a 21-year entrepreneur, and a native of Atlanta, Georgia, I bring a unique perspective to my work, shaped by my lived experience within the criminal justice system. My professional background is in Accounting, Business Management, and Real Estate.

I am deeply dedicated and ambitious in leading the S.W.I.M Foundation into the criminal justice reform movement. Our mission is rooted in the commitment to reduce mass incarceration and criminalization, alleviate poverty and homelessness among returning citizens, cultivate programs that promote economic stability, and prioritize the mental and physical well-being of women and girls reintegrating into their communities.

As a proud leader within my community, I strive to impact many lives by collaborating with community partners, nonprofit organizations, and other leaders. Together, we organize and advocate for justice and equality, bringing awareness to the critical issues of mass incarceration, housing injustice, and inequality within Black and Brown communities.

My vision is to actively participate in the fight to end homelessness, address economic disparities, and reduce barriers and harm within our penal system and communities.
