Supportive Housing Program

Our short term-supportive & permanent housing program provides a trauma-informed, housing-first continuum of support for systems-impacted women, girls, and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or significant barriers to securing and maintaining safe, affordable housing. The program recognizes that housing is a fundamental foundation for wellness, successful reentry, economic stability, family reunification, and long-term community well-being.

SWIM serves individuals returning from carceral systems, rehabilitation, as well as women and families experiencing homelessness, eviction risk, domestic instability, unemployment, poverty, and other circumstances that place them at risk of housing loss. Rather than treating housing instability as an isolated issue, SWIM addresses the interconnected barriers that can prevent individuals from achieving permanent stability.
